Good Afternoon Mr. Bone, Recently I began an internet search for a Toyota 4runner. Determined to get a great deal I emailed 15 different dealerships. The very first reply I received was from Pat at Bones Toyota. Not only did he get back with me immediately but his reply was friendly and informative. From his initial email I could tell he was different from every other dealership associate who contacted me. Pat was very straightforward and didn't subject me to any "mind games" like many of the others. Pat always answered my questions honestly and in a timely manner. Quite frankly I didn't know it was possible to have such an incredibly satisfying experience when buying a car. I started the process in "battle mode" to defend myself from the onslaught of ruthless sales associates but Pat won me over almost instantly. His integrity and knowledge of his product made me feel comfortable enough to drop my defenses. There were a couple of other dealerships that had very competitive prices but I made my final decision to buy from Bones Toyota because of Pat. went to Bones Toyota for a replacement car; the 2014 Camry that I owned at the time was totaled by a drunk driver, in a rear end collision. I called Bone's because they were so helpful when I bought the Camry that was wrecked. I wanted a car just like the one that I had and they found me an almost exact match! The price was fair and the interest rate was better than I had on the first Camry that I bought from Another dealership. We were able to get whole deal made and closed in a couple of hours and my payments were reduced by one hundred dollars. They helped my wife get the electronics set up, answered all of questions, and explained the warranty and maintenance schedule to our understanding. I would buy at Bone's again! My credit is getting better all the time, so I will be looking for a better interest rate next time. Keep up the great work!
